"I took Stephanie's GrowCo PostNatal rehab class when my baby was around 2 months old. It was my fourth child and with both my 3rd and 4th child I experienced some bladder prolapse post partum. I also suffer from SPD (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction) during pregnancy, and after this pregnancy the pain associated with this has continued. This class helped in ways I didn’t even expect! I do still have a lot of instability in my pelvis, as this is quite severe for me, but helping to build my pelvic floor muscles AROUND that greatly reduced my pain, and actually seems to have resolved my prolapse MUCH earlier than after my previous pregnancy! I have a very busy life and not enough time to be super consistent outside of the classes, yet they still made a huge difference! I can only imagine how great the results would be if I was able to dedicate more time to the homework from class! I highly recommend this program to anyone who cares to listen!"
