This 8 week program is designed to get you moving and back to running post baby or to get you into running if it is a new challenge you want to start. Run/walk pace is totally up to you I am here as your guide and to challenge you a little.

 

Each workout will consist of a run/walk section as well as some strength/core. Do both sections back to back or break it up over the day, whatever works best for you and your life.
